Prior to the launch of the revamped Star Chef program in October 2022, the VIP Chef level was awarded to customers who earned 5,000 stars over a 6-month period.
With the new program, the VIP Chef level is awarded to customers based on how much they’ve spent since the beginning of their subscription to Cook it. This is why some of you may have changed levels following the launch. Please note that if you had reached the VIP Chef status under the old program criteria as of October 28, you’ll be able to keep it for an additional 6 months, until April 28, 2023.
And finally, under the new program, once you reach a status, you keep it for life. Even if you unsubscribe and come back later.
